Midnight in Moscow, from OPI’s 2007 Russian collection, is one of my favourite releases from this fall/winter season. I think I like China Glaze’s X just a smidge more, but MiM is still a stunner, in my book.
It’s a deep, vampy browned burgundy shimmer. It does tend to look more like a creme in dimmer light, but in bright light, it has so much depth and looks simply beautiful. Rating: 4.5/5.
Check out my previous post on China Glaze’s X and Lubu Heels for a comparison, or my next post on Sally Hansen’s Glossy for another similar polish.
I didn’t like this, but I think that I got a bad bottle – it seemed watery and thin and didn’t build up to a good, representative coat. I returned it as defective but lost the will to try again.
