I’ve been working on organizing my unwieldy and kind of gargantuan collection of nail polish, and I’d finally decided to create a new database from scratch. This new database would be online, so I would be able to access my collection from anywhere with an internet connection! And finally, I had thought, “Well, why not make it usable by all?” It’s not that much more work, right?…
So, over the last month or so, I have been working on my nail polish website. It currently only has the capacity to act as a database of nail polishes: you can’t track your personal collection yet, keep a nail polish wishlist, remind yourself which polishes you haven’t tried, store your personal polish ratings, share your collection with others online, or keep a record of how much you’ve spent (ha! like anyone is gonna use that). But it is my hope that this will all be available in the near future.
For now, you can visit fivezero.ca and peruse lists of Avon and Essie nail polishes I have compiled, as well as the new Clinique collection. (I’m currently working on Zoya, OPI, Deborah Lippmann, China Glaze, and Barry M.)
I am not entirely sure how much interest this will be to others, but if you’re a bit of a nail fiend like I am, I hope you’ll visit the site! Comments and suggestions are always welcome, either on this blog or via the Contact page on fivezero.ca.
