Revlon Nail Enamel in Charming

Revlon — Charming (Nail Enamel) Swatch & Review

Brand: Revlon

Charming is a pale, whitened lavender cream that leans quite periwinkle blue.

I found the formula a bit thin, so while it was mostly opaque with two thin coats, I preferred three coats for full, even coverage. Three coats isn’t unusual for a pastel, and Charming actually applies reasonably smoothly without being chalky, so overall this is a drugstore winner!

    • Yes, that is too bad. I did hear that recently they pulled out of the China market, so I would imagine they are not testing as much as they would have been. Perhaps I’ll look into that!
