Collections: Deborah Lippmann 2016 Spring Day, Afternoon Delight & Sweets For My Sweet
Deborah Lippmann has released a lovely new, limited edition collection just in time for Valentine’s Day! The six new, subtle pastel shades come in a set of deluxe sizes (8 mL), and retails for US$34.
The six shades are:
- Sugar, Sugar (pastel peach)
- Lemon Drop (pastel yellow)
- Sweet Pea (pastel green)
- My Boy Lollipop (pastel blue)
- All Day Sucker (pastel purple)
- Candy Girl (pastel pink)
Her spring collection also includes Afternoon Delight, in the new Gel Lab Pro formula. This collection consists of four shades, which can be purchased individually at full size ($20), or together for $80 (currently on sale for $64 at the official site):
- The Pleasure Principle, full coverage lilac (crème)
- Peaches & Cream, full coverage orange (crème)
- Get Lucky, full coverage sage blue (crème)
- Dirty Little Secret, sheer holographic greige (shimmer)

The same old pastels can get boring, but these seem to have a little extra oomph to them!

The only one I like is the non-pastel one: Dirty Little Secret. Did someone say sheer? Holographic? GREIGE? Yeah, hello. 😛

Ha, I figured that one would catch your eye! I actually really like the look of all the pastels in these two collections. They have a mutedness to them that looks quite elegant. I was all about the holo greige until I noticed it was sheer. WTH. :p
