Collection: Color Club 2014 Spring, Paris in Love
I scored a pack of six Color Club polishes, plus a clear top coat, marked down to CA$5 at Winners. Less than a dollar per bottle?! Yes, please!
The Color Club packs sold at Winners are typically unlabeled, but the colors all looked like the ones in Color Club’s Spring 2014 Paris in Love collection. I’ll have to label the bottles myself.
Macaroon Swoon (1036) should probably have been named Macaron Swoon, but I guess that wouldn’t rhyme well (macaroons are cakelike cookies, and macarons are French confections with filling; both are almond-based, though).
All I know is I’d really like one of each right now, please.

Anyway, this is a lovely, pastel buttercream yellow!
The formula is tricky, however, as most pastel yellow polishes are. I used three coats. The end result is pretty nice if you’re a yellow fan, though.

Color Club Professional Nail Lacquer retails for US$8.50 / CA$8.95 and is 0.5 fl oz / 15 mL. It is cruelty-free and made in USA.

Macaron’s are so popular at those “sit for hour’s” coffee hops. I don’t get the excitement but, they are next on my list to bake..lol They are 2 bucks for one, a that’s a dollar a bite.

Man now I too want macaroons and macarons! I love these buttery yellow polishes but absolutely can’t pull them off on my own nails. It looks lovely on you though!
