Collection: Zoya 2011 Summer, Touch
Shay (ZP562) is described by Zoya as a “dense, fleshy light peach with slight orange-red undertones and a hint of pearly silver shimmer” that “compliments warm skintones”. It’s an opaque, warm beige with a peach undertone and superfine, silvery frost that gives it a smooth, pearly finish.
I found the application to be a touch streaky, and used three coats to get it all even. I think that the slight frostiness makes this one a difficult one to apply streak-free; I should probably have used thicker coats to let the polish self-even a bit more.
The color is excellent for warm skintones, though I’m not sure it really does anything for me. I think the silvery shimmer is giving this otherwise nice beige a slightly dull and deadened look that I’m not loving on me. Nude polishes are not generally my thing, though!
