Collection: China Glaze 2016 Winter, Seas & Greetings
I recently picked up a 6-pack of minis from China Glaze’s Holiday 2016 collection, Seas & Greetings.
The More the Berrier (83780, though the mini has a different code) is a metallic hot berry pink with purple-leaning magenta iridescence in certain light.
It’s way more stunning on the nail than I would have thought! Even when the iridescence doesn’t really show up, the finish is still beautiful.
This is probably one of the nicest metallic polishes I’ve ever tried. It has a relatively streak-free formula that applies very smoothly. There’s loads of metallic shimmer, mostly a pale, silvery mauve-lavender. Combined with the richly pigmented berry base, it is drop dead gorgeous.
Coverage is fully opaque in two coats.
If I were a big fan of hot pink nail polish, I’d run out and buy a full bottle of this ASAP! This is a great pink shade that seems like it’d be easy to pull off for a variety of skintones, and is versatile enough to go from season to season, from day to night, from mani to pedi. I think I’ve almost convinced myself to get a full bottle, now…
China Glaze Nail Lacquer retails for US$7.50 and is 0.5 US fl oz / 14 mL. China Glaze nail polishes are free of toluene, added formaldehyde, and dibutyl phthalate (DBP), and are made in the USA.
