Collection: China Glaze 2017 Halloween, Happily Never After
China Glaze’s devilishly clever Halloween 2017 collection is named Happily Never After, with a spooky fairy tale theme.
Celebrate your dark side with Happily Never After, a sultry collection of enchanting shades.
OK, that copy is a little less clever. Oh well.
But I think it’s so refreshing to have a Halloween collection that isn’t all orange, green, and black!
[Edit: I have now reviewed Sin-derella.]
Here are the 6 new shades:
![]() Crown For Whatever royally relaxed matte purple |
![]() Do You, Boo! gold-flecked glitter |
![]() Life’s Grimm gold-black shimmer |
![]() Lookin’ Gore-geous dark burgundy crème |
![]() Queen, Please! iridescent pearl shimmer |
![]() Sin-derella iridescent pink-gray shimmer |
So, I’ve been back shopping at Winners/Marshalls (needed children’s shoes—they’re getting annoyingly hard to find downtown these days, particularly with Peanut’s wide feet—and one thing led to another, sigh…the Bay’s still off-limits, though) and I have seen quite a few of the shades from this collection in various locations. I already picked up Crown For Whatever, Life’s Grimm, Queen, Please!, and Sin-derella.

I also saw the mini set including all six shades, which in hindsight I should have looked for before snagging a couple full-sizes!
I might pass on Do You, Boo! (not a huge chunky glitter girl) and Lookin’ Gore-geous (probably have too many similar shades), though.
Happy Shopping!

These look pretty! I like the loolk of Do You, Boo! I’m drawn towards chunky glitters though I’m never sure I love them! I also like Life’s Grimm and Sin-derella. Although the burgundy also looks great x
