Happy Halloween! ๐
Collection: China Glaze 2017 Fall, Happily Never After (Halloween)
Today’s polish is fromย China Glaze’s recently releasedย Halloween-themed collection. You can check out my other reviews from this collection:
Life’s Grimm (84084) is a blackened pewter olive with a charcoal base and plenty of antiqued green-gold shimmer.
The Grimm fairy tales are, of course, quite terrifying in their original, un-Disney-fied forms, and make a perfect Halloween theme.

The polish is a blackened pewter olive with a charcoal base and plenty of antiqued green-gold shimmer.
The polish applies smoothly and is pretty much opaque with two coats, though the hefty amount of shimmer does hide imperfections well.
Honestly, I’m not as in love with this as I was with the other shades I have tried from this collection. I’m a little too lazy to change my polish for Halloween today, so I’ve just slapped on a coat of iridescent shimmer on top (Claire’s Believe In Unicorns, which gives it a pink shimmer) and I’m going to call it a day!
I’m also all set for Halloween! Have a great one and don’t eatย too much candy!
